Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is usually to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Newloud Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We'll confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. After that, we'll look into the matter. This may involve contacting the provider. Then we'll write back with what we found and any action we're taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
