Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use newloud.garden. This page describes how Newloud Garage Doors works toward that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Are Aiming For

Our aim is to make this site easy for as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

What We Try to Do

To make the site easier to use, we try to:

  • Give every page a clear heading structure
  • Add alt text to images that carry meaning
  • Pick colors with strong contrast for easy reading
  • Allow navigation with a keyboard
  • Build layouts that fit any screen size
  • Keep our wording short and plain
  • Label each form field

Where We May Not Be There Yet

Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site regularly and fix problems when we find them.

Getting Help Another Way

If part of the site is hard for you to use, you can still get help in another way. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@newloud.garden and we'll help where we can.

Tell Us What You Found

Your comments help us do better. Email contact@newloud.garden and tell us:

  • Which page or tool gave you trouble
  • What you tried and what happened
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you are able to share it

We'll read your note and try to reply within a few business days.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is never finished for us. We keep it in mind each time we update the site.
